These terms apply when you play the game at play.bloggs.world. By signing in and playing, you accept them. If you don't accept them, don't play.

The game

bloggs.world is a free multiplayer game that runs in your browser. We run it as it is, without promising that it will always be available, free of bugs or kept the way it is now. We can change the game, reset the world or end the game at any time.

Your account

You sign in with your own Microsoft account and are responsible for what happens with it. You need to be at least 13 years old to play.

One shared world

Everything in the world is shared. What you build can be changed or destroyed by other players, and other players can attack you and take what you carry. That is part of the game, not a breach of these terms.

How to behave

Don't:

• choose a name, upload a skin or write chat messages that are hateful, harassing, sexual, threatening or illegal, or that pretend to be someone else
• cheat with modified clients or bots, or exploit bugs (tell us about them instead)
• try to get into other players' accounts
• attack, overload or disrupt the game
• flood the chat

What we can do

If you break these terms, we can change your name, remove your skin or your messages, and suspend or delete your account, with or without warning.

What you upload

Your skin stays yours. By uploading it, you allow us to store it and show it to other players in the game, and you confirm that you have the right to use it. The same goes for your name and your chat messages.

Items and progress

Items, blocks and progress in the game have no money value and can't be sold or exchanged for money. They can be lost, for example when the world is reset.

Liability

We provide the game as it is, without any guarantee. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from playing it, including lost progress or items. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Your data

What the game keeps about you, and why, is in the privacy policy.

Changes

We may change these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
